In addition to being a great resource, I love how the author approached revenue generation; He offers a wide variety of screencasts for free, and a members-only section where they can presumably request custom screencasts. Finally, software companies looking for a professional screencast of their tool can approach him to make one. Each video has a quick advert about his company at the beginning, allowing him to advertise at no-cost on a variety of different websites, all to his target audience.
